At around the age of 2, we began to divide experience into I/other, me/the world, a subject experiencing an object: “David saw the car”, “Rita loves Rob”. From that time on, our experience seems to validate these formulations. But, is this framework truly expressing our experience or is it conditioning it, restricting it?
Core Assumption is a deep look into who we are and the nature of our experience. The conventional formulations of our experience are considered to be so absolutely true as to need no further inquiry. The opposite is the case.
Core Assumption is the deconstruction of what we believe ourselves to be. It is an investigation into all of the primary beliefs about who we are, an uncovering of false assumptions and an illumination into what constitutes one’s truest self.
Absolutely nothing is taken for granted here. In so doing, so much that has been unseen becomes seen.
